On October 2, 2019, Burger King's employee named Hailey refused to give me a refund after my chicken sandwich was burned and not edible. She has a nasty attitude and dramatically pointed to a sign that said no refunds. She claimed it was going to be a 20 minute wait for another chicken sandwich because of a large drive-thru order she was complaining about to her co-workers. All the while, the rest of my order was getting cold and she refused to remake it. While I was trying to get a refund, my husband was eating alone.
This employee was extremely rude, abusive and hateful and doesn't belong in the customer service business.
