Popeyes

My name is Mary Huff and I have been a long-time customer with Popeyes but recently had two experiences at 21990 Pacific Highway South, Des Moines, Wa 98098 phone number [protected] the 1st date was 9/24/2023 at 5:47 PM and the employee who was Spanish told me that they did not have any more spicy breast but look through the chicken and said I found a breast and a wing and when I got home the chicken was so hard I could not eat it and when I called the number no one ever answers, then I got there today 10/01/2023 sat 6:11 PM and the same Hispanic employee said they did not have any more red beans and rice and said he could give me a mash potatoes and I had two separate orders and I did not get the mash potatoes and I live too far to be turning around because I don't have what I paid for and I don't know who is managing the Popeyes restaurant but they need someone there to make sure they have what is on your menu and I want my money refunded.
