I was at the Westlake branch in Seattle, WA. I wanted to go in quickly and get a withdrawal from my account. I have anxiety about going into small buildings that have recycled air. A man walked up and asked me to sit and asked how he could help. I said I wanted to do a withdrawal and he said ok I have someone that is training and she could do the transaction with us. I told him that actually because of the coronavirus I would not be comfortable with a second person in an enclosed space. All of us were wearing masks but I'm considered high risk because of some chronic medical conditions that I have. I didn't tell him I'm high risk. I simply said I was uncomfortable. He went and got the trainee and had her sit at the desk while he stood about 4 feet from me. She finished the transaction and he returned to the desk and proceeded to finish by giving me my money. I told him I was upset that he disregarded how I felt and he just said that's ok. I left confused and upset. I go through considerable effort to avoid getting the virus. I don't want someone else putting my health at risk.
Desired outcome: Please ask employee at branch to listen to their customers. I felt disregarded.
