Lowe's - Delivery service

My landlord purchased a new dryer at Loews (Renton, Washington Landing location.) May 18, 2021. The dryer was to be delivered on Saturday, May 22, 2021 between the hours of 8:00am - 12:00am, no show, then the delivery was rescheduled to Sunday, May 23, 2021 7:00am-12:00pm They delivered but to a different address; they took it to my landlord's address instead of the right address, written down incorrectly by Loews. My landlord lives 5 minutes away! instead of going the extra mile, calling dispatch and delivering it, they took it back to the store! She called the store and talked to a manager, no delivery on Sunday. No delivery on Monday, May 24, 2021. Now, we're here Tuesday, May 25, 2021 and there has yet been another promise to deliver today between the hours of 1:00pm-5:00pm. Since they do not honor their commitment, not sure if the dryer will be delivered today.

Desired outcome: $60.00 reimbursement for service used at laundromat.

Lowe's - Delivery Service

My story starts with a broken dryer that was unable to be fixed by your repair service. Our landlord Leah Wu ordered a new one that was supposed to be delivered on Saturday May 22nd between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM. Leah was contacted and was told that the delivery time was pushed back to 3:30 on Saturday. The delivery person did not show up. Lowe's called on Sunday and told Leah they would deliver between 7:00 AM and 11:00 AM. They did not show up at our house. The delivery people called her back and said they were two minutes away. They were two minutes away alright, but they delivered the dryer to her address. She did not give them her address, she gave them our address which is: 4324 NE 2ND Ct in Renton. Lowe's gave them the wrong address. Instead of doing the good customer service thing, they didn't come to our house which was 5 minutes away, they turned around and went back to the warehouse!

It is now Monday at 10:10 AM. I called the store and was told we are not on the delivery list. We have been home the last two days not wanting to leave because we do not want to miss the delivery truck. This kind of service is not acceptable. We demand our dryer today. Our landlord paid for it including an additional charge to haul away the old dryer. Leah is on the phone with your store right now and they are now saying they cannot deliver the dryer until Wednesday. What is the issue in your store with delivery. We need our dryer TODAY.

In the future if we decide to no longer rent and buy a home, we will not do business with Lowe's. The disappointment we feel at your shoddy delivery service I cannot express enough, and the attitude that there's nothing Lowe's can do to right this wrong.

Adding Additional Update: Today is May 25th, Lowe's still has not delivered our dryer. They said it will be between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM. I have no confidence that it will be delivered as they say. To add insult to injury, there is a clause in the delivery paperwork that says they can change the time of the delivery at any point they want to.
