Les Schwab Tire Center refused to honor their tire warrantee. A tire on my trailer developer a bubble in the side wall... (seperation) The tire had only 2/32 swear... far less than the 25% wear in the warrantee. The warantee clearly states that if the tire fails it well be replaced at no cost to customer...
Mlanager said this tire was not made any more, so they would not honor the warantee but would sell me an equivelent tire for 142.00. I declined this bogus offer... I well not shop at any Les Schwab tire center again... I have been cheated.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
