Rite Aid - Horrible customer service and deceptive ferndale wa pharmacy

My true rating would be that of a negative 10. This Ferndale, WA pharmacy is a joke and so are the 3 stooges that work there. First off, If you offer a service and cannot provide that service in a timely fashion that is a problem. You are also intentionally dishonest to your customers regarding the timeframe to fill scripts. The reason your customers are coming to your pharmacy is because they are ill or have pain etc.etc. thus the reason for the anti-inflammatory rx i needed in which should also be filled in a time appropriate manor. My rx was called in by the doctor on 9/23 yesterday afternoon and right after i had spoken to her. i then drive into Ferndale about 2 hours later. I can barely even stand up let-alone-walk or drive due to post-covid complications in my knee joints. It is beyond excruciating pain in both legs. After waiting in drive through yesterday for more than 20 minutes for a rx that i know had already been called in to be met with a bunch or mumbling amongst yourself in your little window and another 5 minutes of sitting at your window listening to you mumble i directly asked you "how long do you think till it will be ready"? You stated "you did not know." Had no idea". I then said that i would run a couple errands and come back in a bit. 2 hours later i then went back but your drive through was about 5 cars deep again so i just went home because i was in so much pain and can barely stand up. I figured i would get an automated call in the morning to indicate they were ready. That did not happen and finally in the afternoon of 9/24 and 24 hours later from when it was called in i started calling the pharmacy. For 30 straight minutes i kept getting looped around to press 1 or 3 to talk to someone or the phone would ring once and then nothing as if someone was engaging the call but then hanging up right away i presume to make it stop ringing. Finally, the gal answers and as i am asking her what the issue is and why they can not only not answer their phone and why they kept hanging it up instead of answering it like normal professional people do and then to the reason why they cant fill 1 rx within a reasonable time frame. Also, to what is the reason they are dishonest about the length of time it will take to fill. She then sounds as if she is fake crying and wanted sympathy from me after all of this. She further told me that i need to call their corporate and therefore making it my problem and that i am the one that needs to make the changes by calling them to tell them they are understaffed. I am quite sure that they already know this just from my own experiences there and it is not due to covid. This is been an issue with them for some time and from reading the other comments again their is little doubt in my mind that their corporate is unaware to the issues within. I told her it is her job not mine and that my only problem was that they can not fill 1 rx in a timely fashion and that they are intentionally deceptive/dishonest about how long it will be. Today, after being hung up on by the gal who appeared to be fake crying and attempted to make the infrastructure of there business my problem to deal with i then miraculously get and automated call 10 minutes later indicating it was ready. For the second time i drive into Ferndale to pick them up. As i am at the window i directly asked the guy if he knew yesterday afternoon when i asked him "when would they be ready" and if he knew that it would not be ready yesterday. He replied with " I figured they would start on it today and that their were 400 rx to be filled before mine" which means he very much knew there was no way in heck that mine would be filled yesterday. You are a liar sir! That is not okay. Your customers should be informed how long it will take rather than give an "I don't know" when you very much do know. You also offered every justification you could as to why you lack any efficiency and are dishonest as well. I did not start off yelling at you but certainly ended that way due to your lack of ability individually and collectively to take responsibility for your deceptive/dishonest practices with your customers. You then go on to state that you do not like being yelled at. So sorry to hear this sweetheart but do you think that your customer like being lied too? How about hung up on repeatedly because you don't want to answer the phone and most likely due to understaffing. Do you think your customers who happen to be in agonizing pain due to post- covid complications like to wait when they are in pain or are sick for an rx that could offer them some relief? NO, absolutely not. Or how about making multiple trips to your pharmacy because you are not honest about when rx will be ready? So, i could really care less that you don't like being yelled at. I don't like being given not only 1 reason but multiple reasons to have to yell at someone and someone who does not take responsibility for your poor actions individually and collectively! Someone who is suppose to be working/representing a business in a professional manor but did nothing but shurk your responsibility and your actions. Then your co-worker (fake cryer) comes running up from the back and assaults you by yanking you by your shirt and her only reason for doing so was to get past you in order to get to me. Then your pharmacist is in pursuit and also comes running up to the window chasing the co-worker and has to physically grab her and pull her back. What did she think she was going to do? Jump through the drive thru window and assault me? What kind of operation is this? If you sir dont like being yelled at then i would suggest being a decent person and be honest to your customers. Have you reviewed all of the comments about your store? Google, Yelp and others? A great desl of them are for the very same reason what mine is for . Your deceptive practices and i presume all so you dont loose the business initially and customer goes to another pharmacy because you tell the there is 4oo rx in front of them. That is exsctly why you dont tell them this. Do you think that this is going to keep customers? Absolutely not. Your co-worker and her aggressiveness the way she came running up to the window as if she was going to jump through it at me. What the hell is wrong with you people? I had every right to question you as to why you did not tell me the truth beccause you absolutely knew my rx would not be ready that day and the only reason it was ready the when it was is because i called for 30 minutes straight until someone answered your phone. The worst part about this is not one person took responsibility or accountability as you should have and instead acted as if what you did was right and as if i was in the wrong. Your pharmacist then tells me that she is going to call the police on me and would not give me my rx and without even knowing what the situation was. Truly disgusting ! Call the police...I told her. What are you going to tell them? You have a pissed off customer because of your business practices ! Shame on you people! You are disgusting human beings and have no business being in the position that you are! Go to hell!

Desired outcome: all should be fired and looking for new jobs
