7-Eleven - Stealing customers change

First time it happened I spent four dollars on two monster Java's and five dollars on gas I gave them $20 and he gave me nine dollars in return. I stood there shocked and just kind of looked at him and was like that's not right and he showed me the receipt the receipt said that the two monsters were 658. That's not correct. I put in my phone number and the two monsters are four dollars just like they are at every single 7-Eleven on this road which there's like four. I had to fight tooth and nail to get my two dollars back that day and they sat there and acted like I was a stupid liar in front of all the customers. Even the amount on the receipt did not add up to the correct change they still would've been taking a dollar from me at that point. I couldn't figure out what the hell went wrong between the receipt and me paying for my product so I couldn't really tell them why or how they were screwing up but they knew they were and they thought they were funny because I didn't know how. Finally I just turned out to go pump gas and the manager brought me out two dollars and told me that I was wrong but they were giving me two dollars because of the sale but that his store wasn't doing that sale and I was like that's really weird because you have two different advertisements inside of your store that say the 7-Eleven kickback rewards is two for four dollars it's literally on the cooler in front of the monsters as you grab them . I didn't really have much to say at that point but the next time I came back the signs were gone and my ex boyfriend went into the same store on the same day all of that happened and he was charged four dollars. Don't you think that's a little shady ? I think it is. Anyway I've been going back it's been about three weeks since that happened in the entire last week they charged me full price for two monsters and then when I came in yesterday they told me I was right and that it was two for four and I was like OK well I would like my money back for the entire last week then because I come in there multiple times a day for monsters.
These men are terrible at customer service they don't even let you talk they just talk over you and smirk at you, when I asked for the employees name he told me it and obviously it was extremely foreign so I asked him to write it down or spell it out for me and he would not and his manager just stood there and smiled with his arms crossed in an intimidating fashion. It's really weird that the store took away their special for one week but none of the other stores did pretty weird
