On 3/29/21 I visited your Virgina Beach location. I made a return effortlessly, however when I tried to make a purchase I was treated very very poorly by Nicholas the store manager. It was buy one and get 50% off the second item. I chose to make two purchases so I could get my skirts reduced. He said Oh no my "Friend" I know what your trying to do. He humiliated me in front of the store assoc. I said I will make two purchases so I can use my teacher discount on the shirts separately. No my Friend your getting combative stop shouting at me. I said Im not shouting I have two hearing aids and sometimes my voice is louder. No my friend your combative. I made my two purchases and left the store in tears. I've waited a few days to calm down and make a decision how to address this horrible ordeal. I've shopped Talbots for over 30 years on a regular basis. Since this is the only location in my area Im too humiliated to go back in that store. Please help to resolve this as talbots is my go to store. Desired outcome: Nicholas is not groomed enough to be a store manger. He is extremely disrespectful
