Good day, unfortunately I have to finally let you know how rude this particular franchise/location is. On may 30th at around 6:37 am my husband and I stopped at starbucks as we frequently do for our caramel macchiato hot. Well this particular morning I needed to take some medication so I asked my husband to ask for a water as well as the normal coffee. My husband placed the order via drive thru however he forgot to get the water, so at the window he asked the barista to add water. Rudley she informed him that he needed to order at the order window. Now some may think that this is minor or petty but me. Its about respect and being a representative of the starbucks brand. I am certain my household spends nearly 500.00 a month with your company and to be treated with such disregard about water. Unacceptable
Desired outcome: The Baristas, Managers ALL STAFF need to understand what they're job position and title. I know for sure its not the ENTIRE STARBUCKS BRAND WORST. THIS WAS BASICALLY THE LAST STRAW.
