Cobrought a transmission from them a year ago well when I purchased the part they told me it will take up to two weeks for me to receive the part I thought that was okay well those two weeks became about two months and I was calling them every day to see what was going on about the part I brought from them they was like they didn't know.. Now my transmission went out for a second it's still under warranty so they had to go to the shop were my car is located to pick it up so I can receive another one now this time it's been almost a month I like before I call every day to see what's taking them so long and they tell me they don't know it will get here when it get here this is the worst business as we as the sorriest lazy as workers and management in the roanoke valley I don't suggest anyone go to this store not even to buy a pack of gum
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
