I would like to file a theft complaint with your manager and the employee at the front desk. They stole a package from me after I moved out of the hotel. I had a package shipped to them accidentally. I went to pick the package up three days after it was delivered. They informed me they did not have a package. I showed them the delivery information saying it was signed and left at the front desk. The manager came out and said she thought I was on vacation so she returned the package the next day. When I spoke with the USPS office they informed me they did not receive a package back from them and their system states that it was left at the front desk. The manager never contacted me to inform me that the package was delivered to them and that they returned it. They have my personal information. The package was last seen with them. Shortly afterward, at approximately 1300, I checked for the second package and saw that it was delivered and they signed for it again. But they never contacted me. I went to the office and the host acted as if she did not receive a package until I showed her the delivery time. She then gave me attitude and gave me my package. My first package has not been retrieved as of yet and the post-off isn't showing any record of it being returned.
Desired outcome: Fired & I want my money back for my package.
