CVS

I pull up to fill my prescription that my doctor sent off because it was a narcotic and she hands me a bag & I toss it in my driver seat and headed home, when I get there my pain medicine for my back isn't in the bag so now I am waiting for them to view the cameras, CVS on Timberlake is terrible, they don't ever know how to run the name brand so the insurance pays for it, I tell them how to do their job so I can get my medicine but right now I am waiting on someone to view the cameras, the staff need more training on their system because making this mistake could really cause a person to suffer not being able to get their medicine and they don't care but I'll never ever use CVS again, TRASH! Unknowable staff wouldn't even be the situation, more like careless, in a rush to get off, when you get home chick study your system because this chick should be fired! Don't use this pharmacy if you expect the tech to know what they're doing because not one of them do. It's always some [censored] dealing with these illiterate [censored] people!
