05-2022 as per prior treatment plan agreement Dr Michael Doe of Harrisonburg Va to surgically remove 3 broken teeth , do a bridge or implant to fill space and filling and my smile is complete. I arrived had altercation w front office on my appt then finally the front asst after I called her out on it stated I was correct as I talked to her recieved my procedure and mold of mouth I left arrived back was given my med and told Dr be right in I woke up to all every tooth in my mouth was removed , my previous dental implants and I had upper lower dentures I was erratic got sick asked to leave w my mother and we would discuss this later I contacted back was giving run around till finally I was no longer his patient I fold e board of dentistry and nothing my life has changed as I can’t eat or wear these they do not fit and I’m trying to get fraud charges as submission w my insurance this company needs to be accountable
