To whom this may concern. I would like to put a complaint in because one of your employees from the store located in Hampton, VA 113 Coliseum X-I ing was being really rude and disrespectful to my daughter. My child had to witness a shooting at her school yesterday so her mother took her MOE's to get her mind off thing's. Around 8:30pm one of your employees was being disrespectful to a 15 year old and it was uncalled for. I went to the store to speak to a manager on duty to fixed the problem and your employees was really rude and I didn't get the help I need. I had to wait 20 mins for a young manager on duty that was also unprofessional and couldn't make the right decision at that time. I will be back at the store tomorrow to speak to another manager on duty because the situation was uncalled for. Your employees need to know how to speak to females.
