My husband and I purchased the samsung bundle on thursday (10/24/19). The bundled was delivered by their delivery department on friday (10/25/19)... Long story short, everything was installed but, the water wasnt being dispensed through the door. We immediately called the store to let them know, we were asked to call the delivery team and speak with them. We spoke with the delivery manager and he stated, the team shouldn't have left without the water dispenser not working. (well they did) now this has been a back and forth nightmare from the store to samung to warehouse to customer service. Still today 11.1.19, our refrigerator is still not working properly. Conns promised to deliver another one today. We called them to confirm and now they are stating its a process and they will not be delivering the refrigerator today. This is totally unacceptable and we are losing food from our refrigerator because we didnt want to move food back and forth, from refrigerator to refrigerator. Especially, after being promised we would have the new one delivered today! I will not purchase another item from this company after this incident. We took off work to be at home for the repair. We took off work to be home for the delivery. Still no resolution just excuses.
Customer service is not their number one priority.
