Rural King

the garden center is always a mess, trees are blown over in the paths constantly
it is rarely tended to. also here it is spring and theres hardly ever a garden center employee there, and rarely with a register to check out anymore . we have to travel a several hundred yards to the front entrance to check out, or to even get a cart to shop the garden center because carts are rarely there. when this store first opened it was a great garden center, now it is horrible and i rather go to lowes or walmart than go thru the hassle anymore. my other complaint is that there seems to be alot of staff but few people working, it doesnt matter what time you go there, there are employees in groups hanging out in the parking lot at the gym BSing and smoking. nevrere do you see any of them ask a customer if they need help with anything. the management is very poor at this store. i actually saw a manager one day at the garden center have a employee on a fork truck lift them up in the air on a pallet to assemble a frame with no harness or safety cage, very risky manuver. comeon rural king get your act together and do something about the service at this location
