So im really not the kind of person to make a complaint on a fast food restaurant, but im so let down by this experience I just wanted to bring it to your attention. This specific wendys is closest to my house, I work late and I typically appreciate the fact that they stay open late. I come and get three combos atleast every ticket for me and my god brothers, we are merchant seaman and mechanics. This isnt to sabotage anyone, this is to inforce a change in the way the situation was handled. I have very bad luck when it comes to fast food, everyones order will always be correct, except my order. Almost every time, not just at wendys. But, I ordered a daves double combo plain with only ketchup and mayo. I received a single and I ate it, but my receipt said I paid for a double. I called immediately to let them know that I wasnt coming back tonight but could you guys reimburse my meal in the future. I came back tonight at a reasonable hour, and my reimbursement was ridiculed. I told them my name that the manager had wrote down and put in the back so I was told. But when I was inquiring about it they asked me for the managers name and I couldnt remember it. Based on my luck, I didnt raise my voice I reasonably told them what my order was and they ended up remembering me. I also spent money so that they wouldnt think I was just coming for free food, when I got my food and came home to eat, my daves double burger bun was soaking wet! Glossed and soggy! On top and on the bottom. Not only that but as I took the burger off the bun, and put it on my chicken sandwich bun instead, I bit into it to find that the meat was as pink as cotton candy. Definitely not cooked all the way and I called again to tell them that I felt like my burger bun couldve been dipped maybe in a toilet off of the strength that maybe they thought I was an inconvenience to them or maybe they just dont like me. Long story short I will never shop at this wendys again and yall might as well close early if this is how its gonna be at night.in fact close the whole damn store and restaff because I feel sick as we speek off of the bites I forced my self to eat. By far the worst experience I have ever had. And I hope that you guys do something about this. Chesapeake virginia s. Military hwy location. Thanks for the opportunity to speak my mind. And I wish your corporation the best! Continue to make that money! At the end of the day this is just my luck. Thanks for adding to the list of reasons why I should even be alive. Spending money on food to survive, if you guys dont take food serious dont serve it!
