Wendy’s

On March 3, 2020 at 6PM, our small to-go order took approximately twenty minutes and had numerous discrepancies listed as follows: no fish in my our cod fish sandwich, asked for ketchup and BBQ sauce but not received, no napkins, no spoon for the chili, small wimpy fries, and somewhat flat Dr. Pepper.

We threw away the fries and cooked our own. And or course we provided our own ketchup, BBQ, spoon and napkins.

Great Chilli!

Desired resolution: Closer supervision of trainees. Nothing for us. We'll be sticking with Hardee unless my wife insists on getting more chili or the previously enjoyed cod sandwich.
