Hi,

I had an appointment today at 10:30 MT for a passport photo at the UPS #6875 South Jordan UT location. I made this appointment several days ago for my one day off this week and you emailed me a reminder this morning. When I arrived, the staff there said they didn't have passport ink and couldn't do it. No one notified me and I wasted 40 min driving. Staff told me to go to the UPS store in Harriman, UT but when I got there they said they do not do passport photos.
I called customer service and talked to Erick who said he could not help me and he gave me another number to call, 877-462-3622. I had him repeat the number. When I called, it was a accounts receivable department of a different company called CRS.
I am upset that I wasted an hour of time abs now I need to funds another place to get a passport photo. I was treated unprofessionally by your in store and phone reps and didn't get the appointment I made or any notification ahead of time that you would have to cancel.
