I should have learned my lesson 2 years ago when I bought a sectional that was delivered 4 weeks after it was supposed to be. 1 portion had a rip/tear in it... Then I bought a tv stand... Way longer than planned.. Then today went to pick up a coffeetable... After 2 hours of traffic delays I called to ask if they could pre remove the table to get it ready. Ha.. Of course not! Why would they do anything to make a customers life mor convenient.. Then I showed up and surprise she couldnt find my name when 3 hours earlier she did and told me the table was in the warehouse... Worst costumer service in the industry! I will never shop there again!

I ordered my Darcy signature couches on Sep 13th 2022. They delivered the wrong colored Loveseat. No biggie, they fixed it. And my Salsa colored couches were delivered. However because of their delay I waited to put the couches in my house until I had the full set. Well ASHLEY don't tell you ONLY have 48 hours to return the furniture. I wanted to return them & getva Refund. And couldn't.. I

Did my research on these couches size,complaints and every review you can read. Of course the couches look great when first get them their NEW. Well after sitting them for 3 days I already started to notice the cushions were already starting to get soft. It feels like I'm sitting on the frame. RIDICULOUS! Also these couches say they are easy to clean NOPE! What happens is I've tried cleaning them with their directions ( using the soap, detergents they recommended) and all it did was spread the spots out more, & due to the fact the "Salsa" colored couches are RED, it bleeds, therefore leaving discolored spots on my couch! Nor to mention it attracts everything and are very very POORLY MADE, they look cheap, and Couch is about 5 inches longer than the Love seat, they are really small couches. IM SO DISSATISFIED with my purchase, i will NEVER EVER EVER ORDER from ASHLEY furniture again! It aggravates me that I spent all this money for nothing. When I would've been better going to RCWILLEY, honestly you're better off going to BIG LOTS & buying their furniture.
