Days Inn

My wife and son stayed at the Days Inn in Ogden, Utah, on Wednesday, November 11/25/20. There was a $100 deposit for a filthy room with a damp bed, blankets and sheets. The Urine soaked carpet was a real treat as well! I recently received my Capital One statement. I received only $75 dollars of my deposit. So they kept the room fee plus an additional $25. This was a nightmare for my wife and son. I don't expect this complaint to go anywhere, as my past experiences with mega-corporations has not been favorable. Thank you.
