Dollar Tree - Store manager inappropriate behavior

I was standing in line and Shawn the manager showed up to relive the excess amount of people standing in line, their began a politeness battle on who should go first. I have somewhere I need to be, so as the battle raged; I decided to go first as they fight over it. Shawn the manager says I am rude and when I asked, who is his manager; he replies that he is the store manager and then I say, so your boss must be the regional manager, he then refuses to answer and said instead, if I do that again, he can put me on his no trespassing list.

I don’t believe I did anything wrong, if he ask me to let the person who won or lost the politeness battle (however you look at it), to go first; I would of, but to say to any paying customer right when you greet them at the check out under really any circumstances as; “your being rude”, which were the exact words to come out of Shawn’s mouth, is bad customer service.

I believe because most reputable companies want more transparency not less, and because ultimately it’s a safety issue, knowing the chain of command, it’s probably against your company policies to refuse and threaten to call the police for asking who your direct supervisor is.

Desired outcome: Shawn is the representative of your company on site. Your company owes me an apology for calling me rude, I don’t need you to fire Shawn, but I would like an apology from him personally and retrained on appropriate behavior.
