AMC Theatres

Me and 2 other people attended the 2:45pm showing of The Little Mermaid on June 8th, 2023. The tickets stated auditorium 8. We sat through the trailers just for the wrong movie to start playing. After speaking with the cashier up front, he had to get another person to fix the issue. The manager walked over and checked our tickets to make sure we were in the correct room and then proceeded to stare at the screen to see what was playing. She finally left and we waited in the hall for over 15 minutes before the correct movie finally played.
