To whom it may concern,

My daughter found some mini-Minecraft figures in a box that was labeled on sale for.99 cents from original price, so she grabbed 3. when we paid at the cash register, the price was $3.98. We told the cashier, and she went to check. She told us it was in the wrong place, and she could only give me 1 for the clearance price. That is not right because it was a full box that was labeled not 1 or 2 out of place. That means it was the stocker who placed it in the wrong place. The manager named Kathleen or close to that. Had a demeanor like she could care less what I said and told me with a so sad for you face, she couldn't do anything for me. As I told her is ok, I will write an email to the company she just smiled and grinded in a not very nice way. when I left the store not taking any of the figures that were on sale and checked my receipt only to see that they had charged me a 3.98 figure when I didn't take any of the figures. I was upset and returned to the store and asked for my stolen money back. They took another 10 minutes on top of all my waisted time before that, to give me my money back. Such bad customer service.
