This company is impossible to reach or try to resolve issues with. They do not understand the rules under texas law as it relates to dealer issued temporary transit tags. Once a tag expires, dealers are no longer able to delete or mark lost or stolen an expired tag, yet if someone steals or fishes expired tag from garbage and uses expired tag to drive on tollway, ntta and txtag express does not recognize that fact that the tag is essentially no good. Up to my eyeballs trying to explain to their staff. They are unwilling to accept the facts.
