CONSTRUCTION OF OUR NEW HOME IN LARUE, TX
We are now 8 months into the building of our home in Larue, TX.
We were supposed to close on our home with United Built Homes, Tyler Office, on May 29th.
We had a home inspector come out on May 27th to inspect the home before closing. There were so many issues with the home (several of them being safety issues) that we did not feel comfortable closing on our home.
We sent the home inspection report to the Construction Superintendent and the personnel in the Tyler office of UBH. We have had no response to this report as of yet (June 1, 2021). They have not offered to fix any of the items on the Home Inspection report even though many of these items are safety issues and others could cause structural damage to our home.
I can send pictures that are on the home inspection report if needed.
Desired outcome: That the items on the Home Inspection report (for our home in Larue, TX) be completed so that we can close on our home and feel safe living there.
