I spent 30+ minutes inside the store trying to return the items purchase on 02/07/2023. There system was down, I was asked to come back. Totally reasonable.

I returned to Rainbow Shops to return 6 out of 8 items. All items were unworn, had tags, and were within the date for a refund. I was given a refund amount of $47 for a $81 purchase. The items that were not being returned are highlighted in the receipt picture attached to this complaint. 1 for $7.99 and 1 for $12.99. Unfortunately, the assistant manager continued to insist that the she does returns all the time, that it's only that amount because I was only returning 6 out of the 8 items purchased and the 3rd excuse being that the price "could have" changed and those were the reasons the return price did not add up. I was given the luxury of going behind the computer to see the prices for myself, and they did in fact match the prices listed on the receipt. HOWEVER, there were more than 6 items on the computer. In fact, there were multiple items that showed positive numbers indicating that I was being charged for items underneath the negative (-) returned items. What takes the cake was that I even WATCHED the assistant manager SCAN another item on accident RIGHT IN FRONT OF MY FACE and witnessed the return price go down. I witnessed another positive item charge on the screen underneath the other 2 charges when she did it. Absolutely LUDICROUS. as if it couldn't be worse, I brought it up and repeatedly had the assistant manager at the Tyler tx location shrug it off as if I wasn't seeing the charges on the return. I was refused to return anything other than the full return. I was not given prices of things supposedly, possibly, maybe that had changed price. I did the math on my calculator in front of the assistant manager and they blew me off and refused to return a single item. I was belligerently harassed by the assistant manager. Even while I was trying to leave the store I was constantly made a fool. Just so I didn't have to return a 3rd time, I even begged the manager to refund my items for the wrong price and was refused service. They have footage of each time I went into the store, I expect better.
Desired outcome: To receive the correct amount of money back for each item that I was returning.
