I walked in to pick my new glasses. Maria told me to have a seat. Two other people came in behind me and she told them to sit down. The next 3 customers, she helped them and left us sitting.
I requested the rep's. Name to file a complaint, and the manager said the policy is not to give out employee names.
Hope there is only one "Maria" working in Tyler, TX.
Desired outcome: employee retraining
