This Whataburger is by far the worst managed Whataburger I have ever been in during the last 40 years.
The music in the dining room has extremely loud idiot-screaming-racket they call music that is so loud that a person cannot carry on a conversation with any other person in the dining room. This situation has been going on for over ten years and when customers complain, the employees always say they cannot do anything about the high level of the noise from the speakers.
The other thing is this Whataburger has the absolute dirtiest men's restroom of any business in Terrell, Texas, and probably the entire United States. The floor is constantly covered with dirty paper towels and dead roaches.
Desired outcome: Change the management of this store to solve the problems listed above.
