I have my service dog with me. He heard a noise and barked one single bark. The General manager, Kathleen called my room and started berating me about having an animal in my room. I informed her he was a service dog. She demanded she know my disability for having a service dog. I told her she did not have the right to ask, but did have his registration. She said "I can't ask for paper, but I can ask you what your disability is". I was humiliated. She was shouting the entire time I was trying to talk to her. She said I didn't disclose it at the desk which I did when I booked and I walked all over the hotel with him in his harness that was labeled "service dog". Everytime 9 attempted to speak she would yell at me and eventually hung up. I am angry and embarrassed. I don't like discussing my disability with a stranger. I will proceed with this complaint until something is done about her.
Desired outcome: She should be terminated not only fro speaking to a customer in such a hateful was, but also for violating a person's rights.
