CVS - Pharmacy

Tried to pick up a refill and the price has gone from $30 to $135 for Novartis BP medication Diovan. I asked for generic and the pharmacist said she could not fill generic as the prescription was only for name brand.

Also, CVS never contacted me to refill my prescription. CVS in SugarLand 77479 University Blvd.
