Tori, "Victoria", butchered my hair. I asked for long layers, dry cut, and no style at time. She used thinning shears, as well, and it was cut so badly, I HAD to go elsewhere to repair what they could.
I have to wear it in a ponytail and hide the bangs! The stylist who tried to repair the bad cut stated that Tori needed to be trained. The thinning was so close that it will grow out puffy and have spiky hairs sticking out. The bangs could not be fixed. I want to keep the length. But, it obviously should be cut off now. I just don't have the nerve right now. I am so disappointed.
I called to speak to a manager at Smartstyle, only Tori answered and stated she was the assistant manager. I find that truly hard to believe.
I want my $33 back!
