Go to get my water tested
48 min drive to store an 48 min drive back.
My cyanuric acid is reading high.
Manger tells me I need to remove water to remove it.
I didn’t flip past first page on test print out(my fault) just assumed it was ads.
Where the first thg on treatment plan is a remover solution along with 5 other differnt chemicals needed to balance my pool properly.
Not only did he not tell me there was a product to remove the cyanuric acid or that they carry the product in store.
Plus not to mention the 5 other chemicals that pool needed in order to be balanced.
Extreme waste of time drove alll the way there to get the help I needed in balancing my pool not some uneducated pool drain advice when you sell the product to do it with out water removal
Claimed loss: 2 hours of my time
Desired outcome: Teach proper customer arrive skills to employees ESPECIALLY WHEN THERE THE MANGER
