Monarch Dental - dental

I had not been to dentist in quite some time and signed up with Humana c/o Monarch Dental. I had deep cleaning on both sides and upon leaving, I expressed to secretary I would be brushing & flossing daily so would not need deep cleaning for next appointment. My next appointment, I got no confirmation call *&* my appointment was for deep cleaning. How unsatisfying & unsettling.
