Brake Check

Wednesday 27 Jan 2021 I went to the brake check in Schertz tx for a alignment because I had new tires and had replaced front end parts, the manager told me he had to charge me $63 dollars because I had replaced the front end parts myself and that would be a one time charge.

I have been going to brake check since I was in High School and now I'm 56 yrs old now, so its been a really long time that I have been a customer, of brake check and I'm sure I have never had this problem and I'm sure that was the main question I asked before buying a lifetime warranty does the warranty apply if I replace my own parts and I was told I could change my own parts and the warranty would still be valid because.

I do a lot of my own repairs and each time I have never had that issue, the manager didn't show me the new policy in writing so I took his word for it and paid the money but if brake check is going to practice underhanded tactics such as this then I will be taking my vehicles somewhere else. thank you for your time
