Last week I made an appointment to have my blood drawn on Saturday June 6th. My doctor submitted the order electronically to Quest. I asked the Quest rep who was helping me to verify that the lab order was in the system. She confirmed that it was. I went Saturday morning and waited and when I was finally called up the person behind the counter said that they didn't have an order for my blood work. I was very frustrated. I've called Quest customer service twice this morning about it and both reps have verified that they do see the order in the system.
I wasted 1 1/2 hours Saturday morning on this and would like Quest to send someone to collect blood from me at my home or office. I shouldn't be expected to go back to Quest again for this blood draw.
