Typically, I have had a good experience at HEB. The customer service is not the best but better than most. But today's Karen was in rare form. While placing my items on the conveyor, Teresa A. was standing there talking to other cashiers and watching me, So I asked a simple not offensive question. Does it move? Her response was YES IT MOVES. She reluctantly started the conveyor and snatched the coupons out of my hand. "I'll take your coupons. And the adult temper tantrum starts. As hard as she was throwing my items on the conveyor, if she had her way she would have tossed my items. If it was not my bread, it would be comical. I have never seen someone try to sneakily smash French bread. Normally, I would stand up to any Karen but I am tired of petty people esp on Sunday morning at 6:30. Can we start stupid a little later at least on Sunday? (Teresa A., 953373 at HEB # 45/108)
