Hello,
I am currently employed by Goodwill, located in Round Rock, TX for almost a year now. I am 17 years old and in school. I have had a few issues and concerns with one of my coworkers and have brought my concerns to my managers attention, however after I've been threatened from one of my coworkers that is 27 years of age, I tell my manager and nothing is done to handle the situation appropriately. Multiple times have been brought to my upper management and there has been no resolution to this. I am concerned about the threats.
Desired outcome: For my manager to take the proper actions needed . For my coworker to be moved or placed in another store or for Goodwill to what is right to keep employees safe environment.
