I recently visit my local CVS to pick up a prescription as I have for the last 7 years and I have never received such poor customer service. The pharmacy tech was so rude. She refused to rang up my 4 items I wanted to purchase, stating she was to busy, she was ringing up my prescription. There was no one else standing in line and one car in the drive thru and 3 employees working in pharmacy. I pick up my items and went to the front of the store to purchase my items. I then went back to the pharmacy to ask for someone to reach out to regarding my experience and the tech loud enough for me to hear said "oh my god she's back"... I said yes and I'm and going to file a complaint about my experience. Please reach to me for more information. [protected]. I am a loyal CVS customer and I have always had excellent service. This was y he first time I have ever experienced this type of service. Miranda at store # 928 needs to be counseled on customer standards of CVS pharmacy employees. Or people will find other places to get their prescription filled. Totally unacceptable...
