I recently opened a saving account. I clicked on "Add Fund" and create two transactions (2/25/2020). The next day I logged back into my account, I could only see one transaction listed. I thought the other transaction was cancelled or removed. So I clicked on "Add Fund" and create another transaction(2/26/2020). On the third day I logged into my account, the first transaction was not listed or gone. Then I clicked on "Add Fund" and create another transaction again(2/27/2020). On the fourth day I logged into my account, all four transactions were showed processing(2/28/2020). That cause me overdraft on my other bank account. I called Citibank and to file a compliant. I was been transferred 5 times and then the line dropped at the end. During that 30 minutes+ call, no one can help me either cancelling the duplicated transactions or filing a compliant.
