I am currently a customer of Capital One's Auto; I refinanced with them in June 2020; with that being said, they just informed me that they finally completed my title this year. However, they have still failed to provide proper documentation to my local Treasures office for my tag. I am currently on a temp/courtesy tag provided by the state, and it will soon expire. I have reached out to the numerous times regarding this matter but still no results. I don't know what to do.
