I was lifting wieghts at 3 pm like i always do when one of the hourly employees tells me disrespectully to take it easy on that bar. She watched me for a few minuets and kept following me aroung the weigh lifting area. She said for me to stop dropping the weights then i told her there is weights on it its not going to just barley touch... Some lady with Director on her badge came into the weight room following me around to every station and she said dont make noise with the weight or i aint welcomed anymore. i told her my membership pays for me to lift weights without being harassed i've been coming here for a while everyday with no problem.
The Director stated i will take your membership from you. i told her i will try my hardest not to make noise with the weights and she said if you do your not welcome here anymore so i just got my keys and left without any words spoken.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
