Texas Roadhouse - Bad service from management and waitress. Food quality not acceptable.

I took a date to Texas Roadhouse in Austin at 15415 N. IH 35. Check # 50008 Table 416 at 6:19 PM 0n 02/19/2025. Odered chili that didn't taste right. Asked waitress Cheyenne if we could exchange it for rice. When the rice was brought out it was very cold. Asked to see the Manager. She came over and was very dismissive and nonchalant.
