I went this office on July 3 2019 to receive service. The dentist said I needed a lot of work, they came back with a $1200 bill. So, I decided to apply for the CareCredit card thinking I can't afford my bill. I was approved for the card and was charged $1194. They did my fillings and I had to come back for a special cleaning on another day cause the orthodontist wasn't there to do it. I come back for my other appointment and they tell me I need an even special cleaning and the orthodontist again wasn't there to do the special cleaning. Waste of time had to take off work cause they told me the person would be there on a specific day. I make an another appointment because my fillings were still in pain after saying they would heal in 3 weeks. After leaving that appointment another waste of time my fillings still hurt and I can't chew on one side of my mouth and it's October! After receiving the my bill in the mail from my insurance company I noticed that I was charged for two X-rays. I did not receive the Panoramic X-ray because the machine was broken. The dentist over charged my card and blamed it on my insurance company. I went in to see get a copy of my bill and it obviously says the amount I should have been charged. I spoke with the manager at the front dest to explain to her the issue. She spoke to me as if I didn't know what I was talking about and like the didn't owe me a refund! I called my insurance company once again and my insurance company finally got them to admit they owe me a refund! I wasted my time and money and also applied for a credit card I did not need!
