I have the One Smile Plan (902835) The person at the front desk insisted that I did not have the plan and would not look up my file also that they had no contact number for me or email as well. the Castle Dental is at 10710 Research Blvd., Austin, Tx. I will not return to this location because the people do not seem as they know what they are doing. On my last appointment in May '23 I went for a cleaning and was told that the Hygienist was not available. When I asked why I was not notified they said they had no contact information for me. This is untrue because they contacted me the day before to confirm my appointment. I have been with Castle for quite a while and never had a problem. I used the Canyon Ridge location and changed to this one because road construction made it very difficult to reach. I am very disappointed. I called One Smile to verify my plan and was assured in is in effect. It is auto renew and I have a credit card to verify this. Why can the staff at Research not locate patient information? The staff member I dealt with was not interested in helping me.

Desired outcome: I Would appreciate a response other than staff turnover and lack of staff.
