today February 27, 2019, I took my Husband to go and get a haircut so that he could look nice and neat for his birthday celebration when we got there one of the employees said okay just sign in and we will be right with you I asked how long it would take for my husband to be next she said about 15 minutes we said okay that's fine this lady sitting next to us apparently did not sign in her three kids and so because of that it would take longer however my husband had already signed in his name and because this lady forgot to sign in how is that our problem I just don't see how they can tell us one thing and then they do another so we bought it for the employees attention and she said well that the lady was there before we got there I said no she was not because otherwise, her name would be on the list she just told us that we would just have to wait a little bit longer we sat there for almost one hour and still nothing! Obviously, this place does not care about their customer's needs It's either really bad management or they just don't care. I will never ever go back again ever. And for this reason, I will tell my friends and family never to go there either these people are just flat out rude and inconsiderate towards their customers.
I waited 2 hours for a “MVP” haircut. I was surprised how young the girls were that were cutting hair there but I took my chances. Two days later I can’t believe what a bad job she did. I’d need to start using major Pomade again to ever tame the uneven, unsymmetrical, top heavy butchering that it came out like. I am very disappointed and would like a refund so I can go somewhere and have it fixed without paying twice the price to get it done right.
