I stopped eating at all Burger Kings over a year ago. Decided to give em one more chance. Same mad dog manager that made all the mistakes a year ago... Came from around the corner to take my order. This unfriendly, unprofessional, old gangster looking [censored] bag took my order. He looked miserable doing that. Looked pissed off when I presented my coupons... Overcharged me. Made multiple mistakes. The food quality was dry and leathery onion rings. Dry whopper. Chicken nuggets and fries tasted like they had been sitting all day. Cold everything. Stay away from this BK location. Buyer Beware! Go anywhere else but Rest.#5934 in Lubbock Tx. The receipt I was given failed to present a full, clear survey code. Because I would have completed the survey and warned the public about my experience with a poor excuse for a manager! Do not waste your money. Go elsewhere!
