I’m complaining about my recent visit to the Longview Zaxby’s location. complaint I have is that the employee had a problem with using my survey code for my order. Her manager stepped in to resolve it, but when I left with my order. The employee didn’t give me my receipt for my order in my bag. It wasn’t until I got home and checked my online bank statement that I realized the store still charge me full price for my order instead of giving me the survey coupon discount. Here is my Order#[protected], on 05/23/24 at 10:55am.
Claimed loss: $8.89 Big Zax snack is the item was over charged for on 05/23/24.
Desired outcome: I would like to have the $8.89 amount refund to me on a gift card or coupon.
