I was automatically called about possible fraud on my account.
The person took care of the situation but I still have an amount of 4.95 that has not been taken care of.
Also I was told I would recieve a new card in 5 to 7 days and it has been 21 days and yet to see my card.
Customer service is a joke I even had a lady laughing at my stuation which is not right at all.
Then I spent almost an hour on the phone trying to find out why I haven't received my card and was told they would send another card out that would take another 7 days I then said it was not right for me to wait that long since I already have been waiting 21 days now.
I said to make things right it should be overnighted me then I was hung up on and never called back
Desired outcome: if ican't get a response i will just close my account because it seems to me no one cares about customer relations
I hae a checking account with bbva u filed a fraud dispute I never got my card in the mail before I left county I been using online back transferring or order online 660 was taking out at a ATM I called the vabk they denied my claim I'm in another country and they denied mW said it wasn't fraud I appealed it they gave me a credit for 660/I time them not to mail me a card I'm out of country they did any wag somebody got that and took 300 they refused to take my dispute and took the credit back out my account I am now 218 negative
