Last week (2/19/2021), we had ordered 3 pizzas and the order was messed up. So the manager gave us a credit for $25.00.
Today (2/27/2021), we ordered pizza again. When I went to pick up and asked about the credit on my account, the manager said he don't see it on his computer. He simply said, sorry the person may have forgotten to enter the credit, so I can't do anything.
I am really surprised at the lack of accountability.
Desired outcome: expect to receive the credit promised to us.
